What does air conditioner General Servicing include?
Our servicing package includes:
- Comprehensive testing of electrical boards and connections to ensure there are no damaged parts and contact points
- Inspecting the front portion of your AC which includes the cover, filters, and panel. We look for all signs of damage in the top, bottom, and side of the unit.
- Monitoring compressor suction and discharge pressure to ensure your AC runs in its promised condition
- Ensuring there are no creaking or unusual sounds while the AC runs
- Deep cleaning the front filters
- Monitoring how the blower fan works and if there are any signs that it could not be working at full speed
- Deep cleaning everything from evaporator coils to water drainage pan
- Flooding water inside the condenser pipe
